The undersigned will sell at public sale by competitive bidding on the 7/20/2011 at 2 P.M. on the premises where said property has been stored and which are located at B&R Mini Storage, 615 7th Avenue, Longview, County of Cowlitz, State of Washington.

In each case, some combination of clothing, furnishings, tools, boxes (contents unknown), miscellaneous and/or household goods and appliances and auto parts are being sold, except as may be supplemented below from casual observation.

Storage unit contents to be sold are:

Purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase in CASH ONLY. All purchased items sold as is, where located, and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
 
Sale Procedure:
Purchasers must:
bulletBuy everything in the storage unit.
bulletRemove all contents from the property within 24hrs of the sale unless other arrangements are made in advance.
bulletAccept goods “as-is”.
bulletPay cash for items purchased.
bulletReturn all personal/legal papers, pictures, deeds, birth certificates, etc. to the facility manager in a timely manner.

Sale of storage units/lockers:
bulletAll bidders will be directed to the storage unit, the lock and the seal/tag will be removed to allow all bidders to view the contents from the door.
bulletAn opening bid is established and the highest bidder gets all the contents for the winning price.
bulletEach bid will be recorded for each unit sold.

After the sale:
bulletImmediately after the sale of the last unit the cash payments will be collected from the winning bidders.
bulletEach buyer will be given a written receipt of sale.
bulletEach buyer will also receive a bill of sale at the recorded address obtained during the sign-in.
bulletInformation will be sent to the collection agency for all non-payers.
bulletAnyone violating these or any other rules of the facility will be banned from the future auctions.
