I am sure that you will find my commission rates and flat fees to be very competitive. I am not a fan of having a buyers premium, as it has been my experience that attendance at buyers premium auctions will be 30% less than the same auction without a buyers premium. This 30% decrease will only hurt you the seller. While the increase in attendance will more than make up for the slightly higher commission rates required to have an auction with out a buyers premium.

Regardless of which type of auction you want to hold I am looking forward to working with you.

Commission rates will be established when item is consigned or estate contract is signed.

Full disclosure of item condition is required to protect both my reputation and yours.

If the state requires a title for the item, I must have title or permission from the lien holder on hand, before I can sell the item at auction.

	5% to 30% on your estate sale. (Depends on total value.)
	10% to 40% on items sold at my monthly consignment auctions.
	Case by case basis or flat fee for large ticket items. >$10,000.
